General

  • Any additional mileage costs, TENS Application Fees, pre-purchased drinks packages and balance payments must be paid for in full at least 12 weeks prior to the event date.
  • Missed payments will be charged a £25 late payment charge per week until paid unless agreed prior to due date.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their venue allow outside suppliers.
  • If the event is cancelled, then the deposit payment is non-refundable.
  • If the event is cancelled within 6 months of the event date, The Prosecco Pot reserves the right to retain the deposit amount, and invoice for or retain 50% of the total booked package amount.
  • If the event is cancelled within 12 weeks of the event date, The Prosecco Pot reserves the right to retain the deposit amount, and invoice for or retain 100% of the total booked package amount.
  • Where the event is cancelled due to Covid Restrictions, a full refund will be paid, including the deposit payment, less any costs incurred by The Prosecco Pot directly associated with your booking.
  • Any drinks purchased as part of the reception drinks package will remain the property of The Prosecco Pot Ltd, unless agreed prior to the booking.
  • The Prosecco Pot will run bar services in accordance with the Licensing Act 2003.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the venue has the correct access for the bar to be placed in position. If the bar service cannot be run due to restricted access, then the deposit payment will not be refunded.
  • The Prosecco Pot cannot take away any waste that is generated by the guests or other traders at the event and is only responsible for waste generated by the bar service.
  • In the event where these terms and conditions are not adhered to, The Prosecco Pot reserves the right to increase the minimum spend, increase the returnable deposit and withhold deposit payments.

Cash Bar

  • The General Terms and Conditions apply plus the below;
  • All bookings are subject to an agreed minimum spend of £1500.
  • Where the minimum spend is not reached, the customer agrees to pay an amount to make up the shortfall to £1500.
  • Where the minimum spend is reached, if a security deposit payment has been made, this will be refunded within 5 working days after the event.
  • Where a Temporary Events Notice (TENS) is needed, the customer agrees to pay the £21 application fee.
  • In the unlikely event of the venue and/or the event being refused an alcohol license, the deposit payment (less any costs incurred in the alcohol license application process) will be refunded.
  • The Prosecco Pot must be the sole drinks provider for your event, unless agreed upon booking.
  • Any drinks being provided by the host must be agreed upon booking and a ‘no drinks provided after desserts’ policy will be in put place.

Dry Hire

  • The General Terms and Conditions apply plus the below;
  • The hirer agrees to pay for any damage incurred to the bar and its contents whilst in the hirer’s possession during the hire period.
  • It is the hirer’s responsibility to ensure the trailer unit (bar) is locked and secure when not in use.
  • Smoking is not allowed inside the trailer unit (bar) at any time.
  • It is the hirer’s responsibility to follow any instructions provided. Failure to do so may incur damage costs
  • Any personal items are left in the trailer unit (bar) at the owner’s risk.
  • It is the hirer’s responsibility to perform their own risk assessment before use. A template will be provided for this.

Glass Hire

  • The General Terms and Conditions apply plus the below;
  • The customer agrees to pay for any breakages and will be charged at £5.00 per glass
